Are you breathing well? Have you stretched your body? Are you open to feeling more yourself?


Join us for a gently guided practice in better breathing, depending on our ability to move and stretch our bodies, and opening ourselves to exist in a more present, more able body. Our purpose is to support you in gifting yourself awareness and intention turned inwards; all bodies of all abilities are welcome. 


You need no experience other than being human on earth to practice this practice.
